The Attune™ Guide
Your first steps toward a more intentional digital life.
Attune is designed to grow with you.
You don't need to understand everything on day one. You don't need to fill every tracker or change every habit at once.
Start small. Explore your patterns. Build from there.
This guide will show you how to get the most out of your Attune experience.
Start Here
01 — Set Up Your Space
Once you have access to Attune, take a few minutes to explore your dashboard.
You'll find your main areas for:
-
Daily Check-ins
-
Focus Sessions
-
Habits
-
Recovery
-
Reflections
-
Learning
-
Personal insights
Don't worry about completing everything immediately.
Your first goal is simply to become familiar with your space.
02 — Discover Your Starting Point
Take the Assessment
Before changing your habits, understand where you currently stand.
The Attune assessment helps you explore different dimensions of your digital wellbeing and highlights the areas that may deserve your attention.
Answer honestly.
There are no perfect answers.
There is nothing to “pass.”
Your results are a starting point—not a label.
Use them to ask:
What feels most relevant to me right now?
03 — Learn Before You Change
Explore the Learning Hub
Once you understand your starting point, explore the Learning Hub.
Choose the topics that connect with your current experience.
You might begin with:
“I can't concentrate.”
→ Explore Attention & Focus.
“My brain feels constantly overloaded.”
→ Explore Information Overload.
“I keep checking my phone without thinking.”
→ Explore Digital Habits.
“I feel tired even after resting.”
→ Explore Sleep & Recovery.
You don't need to consume everything.
Learn what you need, when you need it.
04 — Make It Daily
Use Your Daily Check-In
Your Daily Check-In is the heart of your everyday Attune experience.
Take a few moments to check in with yourself.
Notice things like:
Mood
How are you feeling?
Energy
How much energy do you have today?
Focus
How easy is it to concentrate?
Stress
How much pressure are you carrying?
Recovery
Did you give yourself enough time to recharge?
Digital Balance
How intentional has your technology use felt?
There is no need to overthink your answers.
Pause. Notice. Record. Move on.
05 — Protect Your Focus
Start a Focus Session
When something genuinely matters, give it your attention.
Before starting a session, decide:
What am I going to focus on?
Then create a dedicated period where you work on that one thing.
Afterwards, take a moment to reflect.
Ask yourself:
-
How focused was I?
-
What distracted me?
-
What helped?
-
What could I change next time?
The goal isn't to become productive every minute.
The goal is to make your attention intentional.
06 — Build One Better Habit
Don't Change Everything at Once
Choose one habit that feels realistic.
Maybe it's:
-
Keeping your phone away while studying
-
Taking a screen-free break
-
Protecting your bedtime
-
Creating a focused work period
-
Taking intentional recovery time
Start with something small enough that you can actually repeat it.
Consistency beats intensity.
Let your habits evolve as you learn more about yourself.
07 — Give Recovery Space
Rest Is Part of the System
Attune isn't only about focus and productivity.
Your brain needs recovery too.
Use your recovery tools to notice when you're pushing too hard and when you need to slow down.
Create space for:
-
Sleep
-
Breaks
-
Screen-free time
-
Relaxation
-
Movement
-
Quiet
-
Time away from constant stimulation
You don't have to earn your rest.
Recovery is part of progress.
08 — Reflect
Look Back Before Moving Forward
At the end of the day or week, take a moment to reflect.
Ask:
What gave me energy?
What drained me?
What distracted me?
What helped me focus?
What do I want to do differently?
Your reflections become more valuable over time because they allow you to see patterns that are difficult to notice in a single day.
Your Simple Attune Routine
You don't need to spend hours inside Attune.
Every day
Check in → Focus → Track → Reflect
Every week
Review → Notice patterns → Adjust
Over time
Understand → Experiment → Improve
That's it.
Keep it simple enough to actually use.
If You Feel Overwhelmed
You don't need to complete everything.
Start with just three things:
1. Take the Assessment
Understand your starting point.
2. Complete Your Daily Check-In
Begin noticing how you're actually doing.
3. Choose One Small Change
Give yourself something realistic to work on.
Everything else can come later.
There Is No Perfect Way to Use Attune
Some days you'll track everything.
Some days you'll only check in.
Some weeks you'll make progress.
Others might feel messy.
That's normal.
Attune isn't designed to judge your consistency.
It's designed to help you understand it.
Come back whenever you need to.
Ready to Begin?
Your digital life doesn't need to become perfect.
It just needs to become more intentional.
No judgement. No guilt. No perfection.
Just a little more awareness, every day.
